When you apply for the internship, your application will be reviewed by our team of experts. Concerned department heads go through your details to determine if you match our current requirements. If we find you suitable based on your academic and professional (if any) qualifications, you will be invited for a round of virtual interviews. We usually recruit interns all year round at a fixed monthly stipend. You get to work on numerous real-time projects based on the department you would like to work in. Shortlisted candidates will have to chance to be interviewed and be selected to familiarize themselves with the working culture of a top digital marketing agency in the country.
If your application is shortlisted, you will receive communication concerning your application via email or call. From there, our internship coordinator will take it further. You will be assessed based on your verbal and technical skills. We may also ask you for a machine test in the domain of your choice. It helps us understand your level of learning and discover your potential for the relevant internship program. There can be multiple rounds of virtual interviews with different executives to confirm if you fit our hiring criteria.
If you clear the interview rounds, you will be called and made a verbal offer to join our team as an internee for a period of 6 months. When you accept TechGlobe’s internship offer, our management will email you a formal internship letter. In addition to that, a checklist will be provided outlining any documents that you may have to submit before joining. We are currently working from home but would like our interns to be comfortable working from our physical office space in the near future.
